RISE presentation for Excecutive Board of Salzgitter AG

With the launch of the RISE program in March 2022, many change processes were initiated and implemented within the six project teams. RISE, short for Ramp-up Ilsenburg Service Excellence, will sustainably increase the satisfaction of our customers through delivery reliability and excellent product and service quality. As such, RISE is firmly anchored in Salzgitter AG's Group-wide "Performance 2026" strategy program.

At the end of June, we welcomed the entire Executive Board of Salzgitter AG to our premises in Ilsenburg. Our sub-project managers presented the progress made in their fields of action and went into direct exchange with Gunnar Groebler, Burkhard Becker and Michael Kieckbusch. The Executive Board reiterated its full support for the project and gave it its unequivocal backing. There will be a follow-up meeting next year.

With the additional motivation gained from this meeting, we now need to continue working on our ambitious goals and achieve our milestones. The first partial steps, such as the EDI connection or GPS tracking on rail, have already been successfully implemented, and further milestones are in the works and will follow successively until the project is completed in 2026.
