Health offers

Health is a top priority at Ilsenburger Grobblech. That's why we offer our employees a wide range of health options that they can take advantage of. Whether company-sponsored memberships in fitness studios, prevention courses, company rehabilitation sports or nutritional counseling. Individual offers support you in achieving your personal health goals. In addition, we offer all employees annually changing health campaigns, such as 4D back analyses.

For us, preventive health care doesn't just start with increasing age. That's why we already address this issue during training and have developed a special health concept for our trainees. Starting with new sports, through joint cooking to team events and the strengthening of their own skills.

The health of our employees is close to our hearts. That's why we offer them the opportunity to have a free health check at least once a year in our occupational medicine center on the plant premises. This also includes offers such as bowel or skin cancer screening.

If necessary, countermeasures can be initiated at an early stage. In addition, there are other offers such as the annual company flu vaccination.
