Your Application at the Ilsenburger Grobblech

In your first year of training, you will learn basic skills such as sawing, drilling, filing and milling in our own training workshop. Gradually, you will learn how our company and the production process itself actually work - from the actual production to mechanical maintenance and quality assurance, everything will be explained to you in detail. Always with you: Our training officers, who will support you in every department.

Our dual study program (StuPrax) is the perfect fit! In addition to your studies in mechanical or electrical engineering, you will also complete a practice-oriented apprenticeship.

At the start of your training, you will get to know the other trainees and the company during the first week.

Small but nice!
During your training, you will learn in small groups and thus be prepared for the exam. Our trainers can thus specifically address individual areas of development.
Laptops, teaching aids, etc.
At the start of your training, you will receive your personal laptop from us, in addition to personal protective equipment and teaching materials for the training period.

School Internship

A student internship is possible in our training workshop for a period of two weeks. There you will get a first insight into the profession of an industrial mechanic.

We also offer other internship opportunities for school students throughout the Group.
