Maersk Beaumont

The Maersk Beaumont is one of the largest container ships in the PANMAX class built to date by the Volkswerft Stralsund. It has a length of 294 m, a width of 32 m and a load capacity of about 4,200 containers. Furthermore, with top speeds of up to 30 knots it is one of the fastest container ships in the world.

The traditional ship naming ceremony took place at the end of November 2007 at the shipyard. Meanwhile, the Maersk Beaumont is sailing under a British flag and connects Europe with the American continent.
