Industrial mechanics check and maintain the works equipment.
To do so, they dismantle and install parts and subassemblies, limit errors and eliminate faults by repairing them.
Industrial mechanics work in the production and repair workshops.

Apprenticeship duration: 3.5 years

Apprenticeship location: the Ilsenburg site

Industrial electronics technicians prepare the automated machines and equipment for the production process by checking them and by measuring and setting the electrical control values. They program the corresponding control and testing programs themselves.
If required, they alter the functional and processing sequences by means of mechanical and electrical interventions. In addition they eliminate faults and maintain components, equipment, measuring instruments and testing instruments.

Information technology management assistants analyze the problems and tasks that have to be solved within a company through the use of information and telecommunication systems. They determine the requirements for IT systems, procure the necessary hardware and software and introduce them into the company. They may be required to design and realize individual solutions.
