ILG wins contract for LNG tank project

Ilsenburger Grobblech GmbH has been awarded a contract for 3,600 tons of 9% Nickel Cryogenic steel plates in grade A553 Type 1 for LNG storage tanks in Australia.

The plates will be produced according to ASTM Standard. The scope of supply includes the production of the heavy plate, shotblasting, coating with primer as well as edge preparation and bending.
